I'm Sreeram P, a software engineer working in Wipro Infotech, Global R&D, Bangalore. I am currently working on the implementation of the ATM Forum specs compliant IMA ( Inverse Multimplexing on ATM ). See our project homepage .

I did my BTech in Computer Science and Engineering in the Regional Engineering College, Calicut. I graduated in May 1997 with BTech Honrs.

My interests in the field of Computer Science are Unix Internals, networking, CORBA, HTTP, HTML, Java, Perl, etc. I wrote an Internet browser using VC++ as my final year project. I ported it partially into Java. I am in the process of learning Dynamic HTML and Javascript. I gave my seminar on Distributed Objects and Corba.
I have worked as system administrator in my college for a year and have been involved in setting up the web server in my college.

My favourite deity is Lord Ganapati or Ganesa. I have a few links to sites that contain information about Lord Ganesa .
My hobbies are Wildlife Quizzing, guitar, cricket , music, etc. I like comics very much, esp. the Disney comics ( Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Scrooge, etc ) , Archies, Phantom, Mandrake, Richie Rich ....... and thus goes the long list .
I like watching movies also. The Sound Of Music , Benhur , Ten Commandments , The Great Escape , The Bridge On River Kwaine , Tora Tora Tora etc are a few of my favourite English Classics. Among the new ones, I like Back To the Future , Independence Day , Mission Impossible , Schindler's List , Appolo 13 etc are my favourites.
